APPROACH

This project was a unique opportunity with complete creative license to produce an office suited for a gentleman and his private staff and clientele. The scope of the work here was quite expansive; consisting of a complete renovation spanning the flooring, ceiling, lighting, plumbing and electrical work. We went as far as creating two new spaces from an abandoned patio, demonstrating the firm’s versatility and capacity for both design and civil renovations. The styling direction was predominantly masculine due to the emphasis on the persona of the client, with minimal concern for multiple users.

In designing with this direction, the walls were painted olive green with concrete style flooring, balanced out with substantial monochrome detailing combined with wood elements to introduce some warmth into the space. As per our client’s preference, art played a major role in completing the space with exquisite pieces adorning the walls exuding a classic and  sophisticated finish.
